Livin Farms ist ein international ausgerichtetes, schnell wachsendes junges Unternehmen. Wir kommerzialisieren und entwickeln Produkte und Technologien für die nächste Generation der Landwirtschaft: die Insektenzucht. Unser Kernprodukt Hive PRO Insect Factory ist eine schlüsselfertige Lösung für die Lebensmittel-, Futtermittel
- und Recyclingindustrie. Mit Setzlingen (Babylarven) besät, verwandeln Hive PROs industrielle Mengen von organischen Reststoffen in Insektenprodukte, die unsere Kunden auf dem Tierfuttermarkt vermarkten.

**Allgemeines Ziel der Rolle**

Die Stelle des Production Coordinator ist für die Koordinierung unserer Insektenproduktionsprozesse verantwortlich. Er/Sie hat die Rückverfolgbarkeit unserer Produktionsprozesse aufrechtzuerhalten und die Qualitätskontrolle und Sauberkeit sicherzustellen. Der Produktionskoordinator ist auch für die Verbesserung von Produktionsprozessen und die Implementierung neuer Technologien zur Steigerung von Produktivität und Leistung verantwortlich.

**Aufgaben**
- Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung des Produktionsstandortes
- Praktische Umsetzung wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse zur Verbesserung der Produktivität und Effizienz in der Produktion
- Laufende Optimierung der Prozesse und Kostenoptimierung in der Produktion
- Unterstützender Input bei der Entwicklung automatisierter Systeme für die Produktion von Insekten, gemeinsam mit unserem Technologie-Team
- Anweisung und Überwachung, sowie aktive Mitarbeit bei der Abwicklung täglicher Produktionsabläufe: Fütterung, Produktherstellung (getrocknete Larven, entfettetes Pulver, Öl, Dünger), Pflege und Überprüfung der Gesundheit der Entwicklungsstadien
- Datenverarbeitung

**Anforderungen**
- ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Produktionsmanagement, Engineering, oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
- Selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit mit Führungserfahrung
- Führungsstarke, motivierende Persönlichkeit mit Hands on Mentalität
- Sehr gutes Deutsch
- Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit
- eigenständiger und strukturierter Arbeitsstil
- Management
- und Führungskompetenz sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen und Problemlösungskompetenz

Pflichtangabe in Österreich: Das monatliche Mindestbruttogehalt für diese Position beträgt EUR 3200.
