**About the job**

As a Global Operations Excellence Specialist for RHI Magnesita, you will be a part of the global team reporting to the Head of Operations Excellence. In this position, you will act as the global change agent and facilitator on the Operations Excellence Transformation journey; you will also collaboratively implement the Operations Excellence Vision, Strategy and Policies of RHI Magnesita. You will be responsible for developing and deploying the RHI Magnesita Operations Excellence System (production system). Major part of the job is the further roll out and of the RHI Magnesita OES to ensure global standardization, cost effectiveness and competitiveness. You are willing to travel to RHI Magnesita locations globally up to 60% of your working time.

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Driving and supporting all lean activities
- Deploying standards and description of methods and processes, and developing respective documentation
- Analysing processes or disruptions, identifying weak points, developing solutions, and supporting the implementation
- Evaluating cost/benefits of the project and controlling measure implementation

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education & Skills**
- A technical university degree & profound lean management know how
- Excellent MS Office skills
- SAP and Power BI knowledge will be an advantage

**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- Portuguese - is considered as an asset
- Chinese - is considered as an asset

**Work Experience**
- Some years of relevant working experience

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 78.000,00 on a full-time basis (incl. a 20h overtime allowance per month), depending on your qualification and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority.
