**Job Summary**
As **Sales Support & Quotation Specialist**, you are responsible to identify and execute the growth strategy for existing business fields to hit Eaton’s segment specific profit plan targets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Contribute to detailed market, segment and customer analyzes to generate a solid growth funnel
- Develop and close new sales opportunities according growth plan
- Track and report Segment Sales and profitability and set appropriate actions accordingly
- Identify possible objectives as input for the strategy
- Define sales target as an input of the Profit plan out of the targeted business fields
- Execute / Support the go-to market plans on target customer segments in alignment with seasonal launches
- Guide the Business-Target-Agreement process in alignment with the Country Sales Organizations
- Contributes to the demand planning process
- Execute / Support the segment pricing strategy with the countries for customers to assure growth and long-term profitability
- Measure and understand the segment performance with focus on sales and profitability according to profit plan and forecast
- Provide Support to the Country Sales Organization on identifying cross selling opportunities, possible partnerships and special market develop programs
**Qualifications**:**
Your profile**
- Commercial or technical education (Commercial School, Higher Technical School, University of Applied Sciences, or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a commercial position within the technical field
- Initial experience in the field of marketing, sales or customer service environment
- Technical background and interest in electrical products
- Intercultural understanding and able to deal with different cultures
- Fluent communication skills in English, German is a plus
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Good communication skills
- Proactive and goal oriented working method
- Capable of working independently as well as within a team
