Electronics Business Development Representative

Samsung Electro-Mechanics GmbH is seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service.

Your Role
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Handle sales orders, backlog management, and delivery coordination.
- Manage regular price updates, RMA processing, and credit/debit note registration.
- Forecast demand and follow up on internal sales processes in SAP.
- Coordinate monthly sales goals with the team.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong handling of MS Office, Excel, and other common office programs.
- Structured, responsible, independent, and proactive work style.
- Distinct analysis and teamwork skills, customer-centric appearance.
- Fluent English and German language skills, spoken and written.
- SAP experience.
