Market Access Lead Austria

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Access Lead Austria to join our Alps Benelux Nordic (ABN) Access, Pricing and External Engagement (APEX) Team in Austria.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing market access strategies to ensure optimal conditions of price and reimbursement for our products in Austria.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including medical, commercial, regulatory, and supply teams, to identify risks and opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement market access strategies to ensure optimal conditions of price and reimbursement for our products in Austria.
- Build and maintain relationships with payers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure access to our medicines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop value dossiers and present them to payers and key accounts.
- Participate in negotiations with payers and key accounts to secure reimbursement and pricing agreements.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in the Austrian healthcare system and reimbursement environment to ensure our strategies remain effective.
- University background in Health/Life Science, with a plus in Health Economics.
- Excellent communication skills (German and English) and ability to articulate complex information in a clear and inspirational manner.
- Ability to understand complex scientific and economic data and convert them into a strong local value story.
- Knowledge of the Austrian healthcare environment and reimbursement system is mandatory.
- Cross-functional team player able to build up a network with all relevant stakeholders.
