Sales Operations Assistant

The Sales Coordinator will serve as a liaison between the Managing Director and the sales team, ensuring timely and effective communication on sales strategies, priorities, and updates. This role will also be responsible for preparing, updating, and coordinating price lists for all product categories, ensuring accuracy and alignment with market strategies and product availability.
Primary Tasks- Sales Communication Coordination: Act as a key point of contact between the Managing Director and the sales team, facilitating seamless communication and coordination.
- Price List Management: Assist in the preparation, update, and coordination of price lists for various product categories, guaranteeing accuracy and alignment with market strategies.
- Product Allocation: Coordinate the allocation of available products across regions and customers, collaborating closely with the sales team to balance supply with demand.
- Reporting and Analysis: Support the Managing Director by gathering data, preparing sales reports, and analyzing performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Meeting Support: Assist in organizing and preparing materials for sales-related meetings, both internal and external, ensuring that all relevant information is readily available.
- Administrative Sales Support: Manage sales-related correspondence, schedules, and follow-ups for the Managing Director, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Process Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance workflows and improve coordination between the sales team and other departments.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales coordination or administration, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; German and additional foreign languages are beneficial.
- Proactive Attitude: A motivated and solution-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
