Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert technical support to customers, resolving complex issues and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Perform thorough analysis of customer issues, defining plans to fix them and ensuring timely resolution.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to drive innovation and improvement.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, best practice guides, and other documentation to support technical excellence.
- Collaborate with junior staff members, providing guidance and reviewing technical results, evaluations, and analyses.
- Fluent German and English language skills, with a strong focus on technical communication.
- Ability to articulate complex technical issues and provide clear, concise solutions.
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant industry and role, with a strong background in technical support and customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with network troubleshooting, Windows administration, and Linux system administration is highly desirable.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving technical excellence.
