We are currently partnering with a leading manufacturer in the metal packaging sector, serving clients across the FMCG, cosmetics, and food industries. This organization is part of a diversified international group with advanced production facilities in Austria and Slovakia.
Position Overview
We are seeking an International Key Account Manager to enhance client services, acquire new customers, and expand into new markets in Southeast Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales and business development initiatives within the FMCG sector, focusing on cosmetics and food.
- Manage accounts across Austria, Italy, the West Balkan countries, and Greece.
- Establish and develop market presence from the ground up in the West Balkan region.
- Oversee key account management and pursue new client acquisition.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
- Travel approximately 70% of the time within the designated region.
- Demonstrated sales expertise with a minimum of 5 years of international key account management experience.
- Strong background in the FMCG sector, preferably within the packaging industry.
- Target-oriented and performance-driven individual with a confident demeanor.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Fluency in Italian, English, and German is essential.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Reporting Structure
- Reports directly to the Sales Director.
- Work locations include both office settings and remote work options.
