In the realm of B2B Sales Management at Interactive Paper, you will engage with leading international corporations, including renowned names such as Samsung, Pfizer, Ford, Oracle, and EY.


Key Responsibilities

You will directly liaise with the marketing executives of these companies, taking charge of successfully selling and overseeing diverse advertising initiatives.

As a B2B Sales Manager at Interactive Paper, your role is pivotal in assisting our clients with the execution of successful projects. Your primary duties will encompass:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new clients within the marketing domain. Cultivate a robust network and nurture relationships with prospective customers.
  • Account Management: Support and enhance key accounts to grasp their requirements and provide customized solutions.
  • Relationship Development: Aid Interactive Paper in establishing and sustaining long-term, fruitful client relationships.
  • Sales Planning: Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet organizational objectives. Evaluate market trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Consultative Selling: Guide clients on the optimal utilization of our interactive paper solutions to fulfill their marketing ambitions.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee internal teams and resources to guarantee timely completion of campaigns, meeting client expectations.

Candidate Profile

We seek customer-focused, communicative, and dedicated individuals who are eager to embrace genuine responsibility. You appreciate teamwork while also exhibiting an independent work ethic. You possess organizational skills and thrive in customer interactions, selling innovative high-tech products.

  • Proficient in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Extensive professional experience in sales or account management, preferably within the marketing or media industries.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. High levels of initiative, determination, and customer focus.
  • Educational background or current studies in economics, business, communication, marketing, or a related field.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to articulate complex concepts clearly.

What We Offer
  • A comprehensive compensation package ranging from €50,000 to €80,000 annually, based on performance.
  • A full-time role with an annual base salary between €40,000 and €55,000, ensuring financial security and growth.
  • Up to €20,000 in annual commissions, rewarding your individual achievements.
