Global Product Manager for High-Pressure Valves

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Global Product Manager to join our team at HOERBIGER. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying customer and market needs and translating them into a product definition and required portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and translate them into product specifications that meet technical, commercial, and regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with R&D, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure seamless product development and production processes.
  • Lead the initial go-to-market workstream, identifying early strategic customers globally in target markets, setting up first sales channels, and overseeing initial market activities.
  • Build regional strategies for products together with Regional Units.
  • Enable Sales to sell and promote the product by providing necessary support and training.
Requirements:
  • Possess professional expertise in switching and control valves business, armatures, or check valves.
  • Hold a technical background, ideally with experience in the relevant industry.
  • Have strong commercial and business development expertise.
  • Be fluent in English language.
  • Be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
