Responsibilities

Your Role at Dynatrace

As a Senior Customer Solution Engineer, you will be an integral part of our Global Customer Support team. You will apply your product knowledge, troubleshooting abilities, and interpersonal skills to engage directly with our clients, addressing technical challenges and issues that arise while utilizing the Dynatrace platform.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and resolve issues reported by clients concerning our SaaS and Managed products.
  • Engage with diverse customer technology environments.
  • Collaborate directly with customer application specialists to troubleshoot and rectify platform or product-related issues.
  • Gain exposure to a wide array of cutting-edge technologies.
  • Work closely with our development and product management teams.
  • Participate in training sessions for new product features and technologies.
  • Share knowledge with colleagues and propose product enhancements.
  • Be available for weekend and holiday work approximately once every two months, with additional salary compensation.

Qualifications
  • Technical degree (preferably in Computer Science) or relevant IT experience.
  • Professional experience in software development, software testing, or customer service.
  • Ability to analyze code written in modern programming languages.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems (Linux, Windows) and computer networks.
  • Understanding of cloud and host virtualization technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Compensation and Rewards

For legal reasons, we are required to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € per year based on full-time employment (38.5 hours/week). We offer a higher salary aligned with qualifications and experience.
