About the RoleThe Customer Success Lead will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our most valued customers. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive retention and growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Conduct regular business reviews and health checks to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with account executives to develop and implement renewal strategies.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Inspire collaboration and drive change with momentum.
- Experience in navigating ambiguity and ability to be agile in a changing environment.
The estimated salary range for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
LocationDACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
