We are seeking an IT Support Intern to join our Information Technology team on this exciting journey.

Your Mission

As our IT Support Intern, you will provide general support for our computer users, set up hardware and software applications, assist in maintaining our IT framework, install and maintain various peripherals, and perform ongoing tasks such as managing the IT asset inventory and IT processes.

Your Profile
  • Educational or training background in IT administration
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software applications, operating systems, and networking concepts
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Regular access and willingness to work from our Vienna office
  • Keeping up to date with best practices in IT
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • A valid work permit for Austria
  • Living in Vienna
