About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Business Partner to join our team at Takeda. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for driving cost savings, improving supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with our procurement policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and improve supplier relationships
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals
  • Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving cost savings and improving supplier relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
