About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Business Partner to join our team at Takeda. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality materials and services to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize quality, services, and costs.
  • Source new local and regional suppliers and assist in supplier evaluation.
  • Lead and support all sourcing-related activities, from market analysis to supplier selection.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with Takeda's values and code of conduct.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class procurement support.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of procurement experience with a focus on cost reduction projects, value improvement programs, and strategic sourcing.
  • Demonstrated understanding of major spend categories and potential cost levers or market fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into procurement operations.
