About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team and provide expert-level support for SAP HANA Database. In this role, you will work in a challenging and rewarding environment, collaborating with customers across various mediums to deliver exceptional technical support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and courteous technical support via multiple channels for SAP HANA Database
  • Analyze incidents, research solutions, and provide solid answers
  • Troubleshoot complex problems and offer the best available solution or workaround within agreed service levels
  • Document technical solutions via SAP's Knowledge Management Strategy
  • Collaborate with fellow support colleagues locally and globally, as well as other internal organizations, to provide superior customer service
  • Engage with and help drive customer support initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field
  • Fluency in German and English to a business standard
  • Solid understanding of database technologies
  • Analytical outlook with good problem-solving skills
  • Teamwork mindset
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of one object-oriented programming language (Java, C++, ABAP/4, etc.)
  • Experience in Database Knowledge, SQL Proficiency, Data Modeling, basic understanding of cloud services, and Technical Support

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
