We are in search of a seasoned Territory Account Manager to become a vital part of our Sales team, focusing on the Central and Eastern Europe region.

The ideal candidate will be a Challenger Sales professional, responsible for cultivating new business opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering positive, value-driven consultative relationships with both new and existing clients in the CEE area.

This role involves creating a collaborative ecosystem with other OneSpan team members and partners to deliver tailored solutions that yield the highest return on investment. Additionally, the successful candidate will implement effective sales strategies and drive results from client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with sales and presales teams across multiple accounts. Identify and develop new prospects while effectively communicating and promoting OneSpan's value proposition. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, driven by value-added and business-oriented relationships. Align OneSpan's capabilities with customer challenges and articulate the measurable value provided to clients. Ensure operational excellence by keeping Salesforce updated, ensuring business continuity and accurate forecasting. Consistently strive to achieve high performance and meet sales targets.

Qualifications:

Assertive and self-sufficient professional with proven negotiation skills. Direct selling experience with end users is essential, particularly within the financial sector. Customer-focused and service-oriented, with the ability to work independently from a remote location and travel within the region. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking sector within the CEE region. Proficiency in English (business level) is required. Established network and connections within the banking sector in the CEE region. Over 8 years of experience in selling software solutions in the CEE market. Excellent communication skills and a positive, client-centric approach are essential. Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively, sometimes on short notice.
