About the Job:

We seek an experienced Senior Test Manager to guide our testing processes and ensure high-quality software products. The role involves designing and implementing test strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supervising test team members.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing and implementing comprehensive test strategies to ensure high-quality solutions
  • Serving as the main point of contact for test management topics within the division
  • Collaborating with teams to lead test initiatives, resolve issues, and identify areas for improvement
  • Supervising test team members, tracking progress, and providing performance feedback
  • Continuously enhancing the testing process through automation and tool improvements

Requirements Include:

  • Several years of hands-on experience in software testing, with ISTQB certification or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to take ownership over division-wide testing topics
  • Proven experience leading and managing a team of testers and QA analysts
  • Extensive knowledge of testing methodologies and techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to explore innovative solutions
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level)
