Technical Sales Proposal Specialist for Electric Steelmaking (f/m/*)
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a qualified individual for our UP I&S ES (Upstream Iron & Steelmaking) division, with the following responsibilities:Engaging in acquisition processes, managing tender submissions, and preparing technical proposals for Electric Steelmaking initiatives. Formulating effective sales strategies. Delivering product and proposal presentations tailored to Electric Steelmaking solutions. Leading technical contract negotiations. Conducting comprehensive cost assessments. Collaborating with various departments within Primetals Technologies (PT) and regional entities involved in the global sales process. Overseeing bid projects that encompass multiple segments and regions. Fostering close cooperation with diverse technology and specialist teams at PT. Assisting project execution teams as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in acquisition and/or project planning related to plants and/or plant components. A higher technical qualification or university degree (e.g., HTL, technical university) is preferred. Proficient in MS Office applications. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Willingness to travel for business purposes (approximately 30%). On a personal level, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset, strong customer focus, results-driven approach, and excellent organizational abilities.Additional Information:
The minimum annual gross salary for this role, based on collective agreements and assuming all qualifications are met, is EUR 50,286.18 (F/00) or EUR 58,788.80 (G/00). This figure may increase significantly based on experience and qualifications.
