IT Operations Koordinator

Wir suchen einen IT Operations Koordinator, der bereit ist, die IT-Abteilung zu verstärken und die Zukunft der Technologie mitzugestalten.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Als erster Ansprechpartner für Betriebs- und Infrastrukturaufgaben übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle bereits von Anfang an.
  • Die Einhaltung unserer Service Level Agreements liegt in Ihren Händen – Sie sind der Garant für exzellenten Service und zufriedene Kunden.
  • Sie sind nicht nur für die Koordination von Wartungsarbeiten zuständig, sondern auch aktiv an der Einführung spannender neuer Infrastrukturprodukte beteiligt.
  • Gemeinsam mit anderen Teams arbeiten Sie an der Gestaltung und ständigen Verbesserung wichtiger Sicherheitsdokumentationen – Sicherheit steht bei uns an erster Stelle.
  • Sie sind der Hüter der Datenqualität in unserem Konfigurationsmanagement-System, vom ersten Tag bis zum Ende des Produktlebenszyklus.
  • Die enge Abstimmung mit externen Anwendungen und Dienstleistern gehört ebenso zu Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich – Sie sind der Bindeglied für nahtlose Abläufe.
Qualifikationen
  • Ihre Erfahrung von mehreren Jahren im Bereich IT-Betrieb oder IT-Service-Management, idealerweise im öffentlichen Sektor, macht Sie zum perfekten Kandidaten für diese Position.
  • Mit einem breiten Know-how in verschiedenen technologischen Bereichen der IT und fundierten Kenntnissen in ITIL sind Sie bestens gerüstet, um innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch herausragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und einen zielorientierten Ansatz aus, die eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit und Lösungsfindung ermöglichen.
  • Eigenverantwortliches, analytisches Arbeiten sowie eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sind Ihre Stärken, die Sie täglich einbringen.
  • Sie sind bereit, die notwendigen Sicherheitsüberprüfungen gemäß gesetzlicher Vorgaben durchzuführen, um höchste Standards zu gewährleisten.
