About the Role

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with existing and new customers in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the Network Division.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow existing business and pursue new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-valued network offerings.
  • Act as a problem solver, identifying creative solutions to complex challenges and delivering value to customers.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales experience in Network solutions to CSPs within the DACH region.
  • Deep relationships with Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 operators, with a focus on key decision-makers in the Network domain.
  • Proven track record of closing large and complex deals through strategic sales execution.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Telecommunications, networking industry (BSS, OSS, 4G/5G, Virtualisation/Cloud Services, and Evolution).
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, collaboration, and team building skills.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written); proficiency in German is preferred.
  • Executive-level communication and presenting skills.
