About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Project Scheduler and Planner to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for strategic planning and ensuring adequate planning support across all projects and to the management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain realistic and achievable tender programs, coordinated with estimating functions.
- Prepare tender programs and method statements to demonstrate project sequence, methodology, and timescales.
- Initiate and maintain detailed construction programs, design, and package procurement programs to ensure project requirements are met.
- Collect and update data to show progress or delays.
- Provide regular reports to Project Managers.
- Ensure adherence to current planning procedures and introduce new methods as advantageous.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
- Proven experience in EPC Engineering, Procurement, and Construction industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with exceptional organization and coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products.
- Basic understanding of Project Controls Functions.
- Thorough understanding of proven scheduling techniques and practices.
- Proficient in Primavera P6.
- Understanding of CPM concepts and calculations.
- Experience in earned value management and auditing engineering and construction progress.
- Experience integrating schedule and BIM model preferred.
