Salary

The estimated annual gross salary for this position starts at €57,000 (full-time basis) and may be higher based on experience and qualifications.


Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to join our team and play a key role in designing and implementing an optimal data architecture on the Google platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high-quality foundation for analysis and machine learning use cases, collaborating with analysts, product managers, and backend developers to understand and implement data requirements, and supporting the design and implementation of new extraction, transformation, and loading processes from various data sources.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud
  • Experience in creating scalable data pipelines
  • Familiarity with custom ETL design and maintenance
  • Knowledge of XML & JSON data formats
  • Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL or similar)
  • Programming skills in R, Python, Java etc.
  • Experience in creating data workflows via Kafka, Apache NiFi, Apache Airflow or similar tools
  • Experience in communicating via REST APIs
  • General experience in delivering a scaled data and analytics platform
  • Knowledge of dbt (data build tool) for data transformation and modeling
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • High level of ownership and ability to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment
  • English knowledge in spoken and written
