Head of Customer Lifecycle Operations

As a leading banking group in Central and Eastern Europe, Erste Group offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of customer lifecycle servicing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 10 colleagues, fostering growth and setting quality aspirations. They will develop a desk strategy closely aligned with division and bank strategies, ensuring high-quality performance and consistent reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key responsibilities include representing the desk to senior stakeholders across sales segments, compliance, risk, IT, and other departments. The ideal candidate will possess a pragmatic approach to getting things done, continuously striving to improve efficiency through process improvements and technology utilization.
Additionally, they will contribute to the success and efficiency of the team and respective processing units, manage contracts, and budgeting topics.
