Project Scheduler and Planner

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain realistic and achievable tender programs, coordinating with estimating functions.
  • Prepare tender programs and method statements to demonstrate project sequence, methodology, and timescales.
  • Initiate and maintain detailed construction programs, design, and package procurement programs to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Collect and update program data to show progress or delays.
  • Provide regular reports to Project Managers.
  • Ensure adherence to current planning procedures and introduce new methods as advantageous.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Proven experience in EPC Engineering, Procurement, and Construction.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with exceptional organization and coordination skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products.
  • Basic understanding of Project Controls Functions.
  • Thorough understanding of scheduling techniques and practices.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6.
  • Understanding of CPM concepts and calculations.
  • Experience in earned value management and auditing engineering and construction progress.
