Your key responsibilities will include leading a diverse team, driving growth, and fostering innovation and excellence in KYC, data, and account management. You will also ensure compliance, quality, and efficiency in all processes, staying ahead of regulatory standards and requirements.
Our Requirements- University degree or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in banking and 3 years in operations (or similar functions).
- At least 2 years of experience in steering or managing operations teams in a group environment.
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills, profound customer orientation, and high resilience.
