Wir suchen eine/n Revenue & Reservation Manager (m/w/d) für unser modernes 130 Zimmer Berghotel in Sankt Johann in Tirol.

Aufgaben
  • Aktiver Verkauf über diverse Kanäle inkl. den dazugehörigen Hotelleistungen unter Berücksichtigung der vereinbarten Ziele und Yield Vorgaben
  • Proaktives Revenue Management und Überwachung der Preise auch im Vergleich zum Comp Set zum Sicherstellen einer optimalen Auslastung
  • Verwaltung und Kontrolle von Kontingenten und Preisen
  • Pflege des PMS und Channel Managers
  • Reporting und aktive Zusammenarbeit zum Vorgesetzten (GM)
  • Professioneller Annahme und Bearbeitung von Einzel- und Gruppenreservierungen
  • Kommissionsabrechnung
  • Erstellen von relevanten Reports und Statistiken
  • Eingabe und Kontrolle von Reservierungen
  • Kompetente Urlaubsberatung am Telefon
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Front Office, Buchhaltung und Sales
  • Optimierung und Überwachung sämtlicher Arbeitsabläufe in der Reservierung
  • Unterstützung unseres Front Office Teams bei Bedarf
Profil
  • gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude am Kontakt mit Gästen
  • eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Berufserfahrung in derselben oder einer ähnlichen Position, idealerweise ein Studium im Bereich Hotel Management
  • eine Arbeitserlaubnis oder Sie sind EU-Bürger
  • entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil)
  • Kenntnisse von gängigen PMS Systemen
  • Analytisches und unternehmerisches Denkvermögen mit Affinität für betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen
