Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Acquisition Manager to join our RBI Procurement Category Management team. As a key member of our team, you will support the Headoffice Category Managers Software and Business Applications in implementing procurement strategies, managing vendors, and contracts.

Your Mission:

  • Support the implementation of procurement strategies and vendor management for software and business applications.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure optimal conditions.
  • Coordinate and carry out procurement activities from the operational purchasing task portfolio.
  • Actively manage software and related services contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Support the optimization of operational purchasing procedures for the respective procurement category.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Procurement expertise, preferably in IT/software procurement.
  • Business and/or legal background.
  • Experience in negotiating and implementing supply contracts.
  • Skill in stakeholder management.
  • Excellent command of English, German beneficial.
