Signcraft is seeking expressions of interest for a Business Development Manager – East Coast Key Account Development role, set to open in early 2025. This position is tailor-made for someone with a "hunter" mindset who is eager to identify and secure new opportunities, opening doors to new markets and delivering exceptional value for clients.

Proactively identify and secure new key account opportunities along the East Coast, targeting untapped industries and verticals.Develop and implement tailored strategies to penetrate new markets and secure accounts with high revenue potential.Engage decision-makers, establish trust, and position Signcraft as the signage partner of choice.Lead the pursuit of new opportunities from initial contact through to negotiation and deal closure.Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless handover of new accounts to the Key Account Team, maintaining high client satisfaction.Ensure all opportunities align with financial targets, contributing to revenue growth and improved gross margins.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to keep Signcraft at the forefront.To thrive in this role, you will need:
5+ years of success in business development or sales with a focus on hunting new business opportunities and securing high-value accounts.A strong understanding of vertical integration opportunities and the ability to navigate complex client structures.A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a drive to deliver measurable results.The ability to engage with senior decision-makers and influence outcomes.The tenacity to overcome challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Experience with ERP/CRM systems and pipeline management tools.The ability to track and report on ROI for business development activities.It's a bonus if you also bring:
