We are committed to the genuine care and well-being of our team, customers, suppliers, and community, and we honour the integrity and commitment we have to our environment through sustainable business practices.We love our philosophy of "If you love what you do, you never have to work a day in your life..." and continually strive to create and nurture a workplace that is safe, inclusive, and funAbout The RoleThe primary purpose of this role is to lead the Residential development function within Jimboomba Turf, to maximize sales opportunities from current and new customers.The role will require a strong customer relationship management & service focus to drive sales, develop new business opportunities, and increase market share of Jimboomba Turf into the new residential development & commercial markets.The role will require a self-driven, organized, and experienced Sales Executive to drive new business and support current customers, predominantly in the Brisbane and surrounding metropolitan areas, with some regional Queensland travel. With most time spent on the road and with customers, the minimal office component will be hybrid. Competitive remuneration package, based on experience, comprising of salary + super + vehicle + KPI incentives.About YouIf you're a professional, positive, and motivated individual with a passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer care, a disciplined approach to Key Account management, and an ability to develop new business concepts and commercial acumen, we want to hear from you.Essential skills and experience include demonstrable strategic sales management, business development, and the ability to influence and educate across various stages of the sales process.
