Agency Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities: Identify, prioritize, and secure agency opportunitiesDrive revenue for TikTok by seeking partnerships with various direct clients and agenciesUse consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions with all clientsCreate compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data for respective regionsLiaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiativesDevelop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and servicesCreate persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studiesEnsure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer serviceUpdate clients on TikTok products and developments and educate clients and agencies on best practicesMinimum Qualifications: 5+ Online advertising experience2+ years of Ad Agency experience or similar roleExpert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.Excellent communication and presentation skillsAdvanced English skillsCreative, outside-the-box thinker and strategistKnowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buyingA team player and collaboratorPreferred Requirements: Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholdersProven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goalsAbility to perform well in a rapidly changing environmentPassion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom upTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
