About the roleAs a Care for Customer Specialist, you will focus on delivering a great onboarding experience to drive customer engagement and complete 12-month check-ins. You will ensure customers activate (access and use) their recently opened commercial products, check for other cross-sell opportunities, educate and build customer confidence in ANZ digital business solutions.
What will you bring?To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Genuine passion for helping business owners start up, grow and run their business.Strong customer focus and understanding of customer needs and ability to complete requests/solution implementation end to end.Ideally have a proven track record demonstrating excellent results working on KPIs/targets.Phone-based customer service experience and financial services exposure are ideal, but not required.Ability to understand a wide array of products and complex situations would be preferred.Understanding of small business & commercial markets would be highly regarded.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
