The Spirit of Melbourne Cruising Restaurant, a multi-award-winning dining destination on the iconic Yarra River, is seeking a talented and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our exceptional team.
Known for delivering some of Victoria's finest dining experiences, including Brunch, Lunch, Dinner, and Private Events, we offer a unique and prestigious work environment.

Position: Full-time (Wednesday - Sunday)Perks: Regular overtime opportunities, competitive pay, and the chance to be part of an award-winning team.
What We're Looking For:
A hospitality professional with at least 5+ years of industry experience at a team leader, supervisor, or department manager level.
A people person with high energy and enthusiasm for the job.
Someone who has been schooled in quality customer service and team training to uphold our exceptional standards.
An experienced and confident communicator, passionate about ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.
A natural leader who focuses on maintaining a tight-knit, motivated, and happy team.
A manager who enjoys mentoring and sharing responsibilities, building a culture of pride and enjoyment in the workplace.
What You'll Do:
Lead and inspire a team to deliver unparalleled customer experiences.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service across all dining experiences.
Manage set-up and service for each departure, ensuring all operational aspects are executed to the highest standard.
Develop and train your team, instilling a sense of pride and commitment to the venue.
Foster a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for guests and staff alike.
