We've also been selected to present at the upcoming Evoke Ag program in Feb25.Trusted Expertise: With 10+ years of proven experience and trusted by 300+ growers nationwide, our solutions equip Growers with tools to make data-driven agricultural decisions.About YouTo thrive in this role, you are:A relationship builder who excels at understanding and aligning client goals with business solutions.Someone who can pull apart a process and understand how all the parts might fit together.A strategic thinker with a track record in sales, customer support, or account management.Experienced in the horticulture, viticulture, or AgTech sectors (preferred but not essential).A proactive communicator with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Highly adaptable with systems and ability to effectively utilise CRM tools (like HubSpot) and adept at collaboration across teams.Willingness to travel for client visits and event attendance as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and engagement.Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop strategies to expand existing accounts, identify new opportunities, and meet or exceed sales targets.Customer Support: Deliver exceptional support through effective troubleshooting, client training, and timely communication.Collaboration and Reporting: Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth product and service delivery while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.Industry Representation: Stay ahead of industry trends and represent Inform Ag at relevant events and on social media.Why Join Us?At Inform Ag, we value innovation, collaboration, and growth.
