Working with some of the leading global consumer brands, our client is a Tier 1 strategic brand and communication agency transforming ideas into meaningful and distinctive brand expressions that effectively connect with audiences, ensure relevance and ultimately influence behaviour.
About the Role The General Manager plays a pivotal role in steering the company toward sustainable growth by assisting to expand and diversify its client base while ensuring operational excellence.
By taking on the day-to-day management of the business, the GM will empower the founder to focus on strategic and creative priorities.
The successful candidate will blend strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, ensuring the company maintains its reputation for creating stunning brand expressions while mitigating risks through a well-balanced client portfolio.Shape the company's future by defining and implementing innovative strategies.Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and creativity.Ensure sustainable growth and success in a competitive and evolving marketplace.Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, ensuring alignment with company vision and values.Develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and innovation.Oversee operations, budgets, and resource allocation to meet organisational goals.Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.Stay ahead of industry trends to maintain the agency's competitive edge.About You You're a natural leader with a passion for creativity and innovation.
