Hybrid work model; work from home and in the officeJoin a global company and collaborate with experts in medicine, security, and logisticsHelp your customers keep their employees safe while they travel for workAbout the roleThe Client Success Partner is part of a Client Success team, handling all requests and queries sent from their assigned customers and sales team in the region.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage and support the regional client portfolio as a teamSupport Account Management and Business Development teams for client review and discussionIn partnership with the Sales team, develop and execute project plans, ensuring scheduled events and milestones are delivered on timeProactively engage clients in utilization of their solutions and servicesAbout youProven experience (minimum 3 years) in a client service role, with international corporate organisationsProven service delivery experience for an enterprise application that is delivered as an online serviceStrong skills in project management, creative problem solving, and communicationSelf-motivated and analytical, with an eye for detailFull working rights in AustraliaExcellent written and verbal skills in EnglishSalesforce experience is highly desirableYou will never get bored; you'll continue to learn every day, surrounded by a passionate global team of expertsStrong product training is availableFlexible work environment with the opportunity to work autonomouslyOption to purchase additional annual leaveDon't miss out on this unique opportunity, click Apply now Only suitable shortlisted candidates will be contacted
