About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse (Living Support Manager) to join our dynamic team at St Vincent's Care Services, Kew.
With stunning views, premium amenities, and a level of care second to none, St Vincent's Care Services Kew is setting a new benchmark in aged care living.
In this role, you will report directly to the Facility Manager and will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
The role will showcase your unique ability to work collaboratively with the Care Managers whilst guiding the Living Support Team (Personal Care, Lifestyle, and Hotel Services team) to ensure resident-centred care and daily preferences are maintained.
This role is ideal for an Enrolled Endorsed Nurse, Registered Nurse, or Care Manager who is currently working in a senior role in an aged care setting and has an understanding of resident-directed care.
To be successful in this role, you need to be passionate about promoting and leading the provision of resident-centred care that is sensitive to individual resident needs and preferences.
You need to have strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills, and the ability to be an influential role model, inspiring those around you to provide the best care.
