About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Café Manager with a can-do attitude, who thrives under pressure and has fantastic customer service skills to join our new team in Bundoora
As the café manager, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing and supervising day-to-day operations and managing rostering.
Maintaining staff levels by recruiting.
Maintaining the highest standards for all Jolly Miller products and service.
Fostering an environment of respect, collaboration, and teamwork within the store.
Following all cash management policies and procedures to ensure accountability of all monies.
Conducting performance appraisals according to the Jolly Miller People Calendar.
The ideal candidate will have:
2 years minimum experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience managing day-to-day rostering, allocation, ordering, and financials.
Strong leadership experience in development, supporting, and motivating staff.
A passion for providing a truly memorable customer service experience every time.
Food preparation skills and knowledge of safe food handling are essential.
Great personality and personal presentation.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
