The Role We have an exciting Offer Manager opportunity to join our team.
The Product Manager will be responsible for growing the business by developing the product offer, analysing the market, pricing, and competitors, setting targets and providing support to the commercial teams.
What You Will Do Be the market expert of the "metering, power quality" portfolioStudy the market trends, competition, customers, and master our offer value propositionChallenge and disrupt our commoditised metering offer commercial strategyBe our ambassador for high-end metering, power quality and energy management solutionsEmpower our teams to support our offers (post-, pre-sales, sales, logistics, communication…)Select the right offers, and launch them with agility and efficiency Ideal CandidateOffer knowledge: Power Metering, Power Quality (power factor compensation, harmonics mitigation)Experience in sales and/or marketingEager to be or become a thought leader, animating webinars, conferences, and sales trainingsReady to collaborate with diverse teams with different KPIsComfortable with change managementCurious and keen to learn (technologies and market dynamics)Ideal Candidate Electrical / Electronic Engineering / business territory qualification in line with portoflio requirementsUnderstand both commercial and business unitsExcellent communication , organisation and customer service skills are necessaryKnowledge/ experience in metering and power qualityWhat's in It for You?
