They are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Head of Sales & Product to lead their sales and product teams in executing a renewed vision for growth.
As the Head of Sales & Product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product strategy, overseeing the entire sales lifecycle, and ensuring they deliver exceptional value to their clients.
You will work closely with senior leadership, marketing, and cross-functional teams to explore new innovative product offerings and expand market share.This is an exciting opportunity for a senior leader with a passion for sales, people leadership, and product/channel development across the Interior Design and A&D markets.
Working closely with a highly supportive, nurturing, and pragmatic MD, you will have the ability to influence key business decisions across the organization and help shape the renewed future vision.Key Responsibilities:Sales Leadership: Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve clearly defined business growth targets across key markets, managing a high-performance sales team to drive revenue and profitability.Product Strategy: Research new aligned products that fit with the vision of representing world-class sustainable interior solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs, customer expectations, and business goals.Team Development: Mentor, coach, and build a collaborative sales and product team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and accountability.Market Insights & Strategy: Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product innovation and sales tactics.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure product positioning, messaging, and sales initiatives are aligned with company objectives.Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and product strategies, optimizing for growth and customer satisfaction.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align on strategic goals, product priorities, and sales targets.Key Requirements:Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role with a strong background in industries that interact closely with interior designers and architects, with a key focus across specified products for higher-end commercial projects.Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and building high-performing teams in both private and corporate environments.Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, from market research to product launch and iteration.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.Strong leadership skills, with a track record of inspiring, caring for, developing, and retaining top talent.Why work for this exceptional business?Competitive Salary & Benefits: We offer an attractive salary package, performance incentives, and flexible work arrangements to support your professional and personal goals.
