Senior Business Development Manager

CSG Talent are currently looking for a Senior Business Development Manager for Australia's largest manufacturer of Modular buildings.
This is a global company with 20,000+ employees, experience in 100 countries, and $19B of assets.
You will be joining a highly successful division that has seen a 300% growth in the last 2.5 years.
As a Senior BDM, you will be responsible for managing one team member with the opportunity to grow and develop a team in the future.
Your role will focus on new business, sales, and account development for their major significant tier 1 clients across mining, oil & gas, construction, education, healthcare, government, and commercial sector.
Core responsibilities: Acquire new business from new and existing clientsReview and prepare tenders, request forms, and coordinate with clients for project needsWork on large significant projects between $50-$100MConduct pricing analysis and prepare comprehensive bid packagesPrepare proposals and quotations, including modifying and submitting drawings for top clientsResearch current market and projects to align with customer needs by recommending adjustments to products/servicesCultivate strong relationships with team members across various departments by maintaining consistent communication and sharing relevant informationKey requirements: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 clients within mining, oil & gas, and industrial sectorExperience in winning, managing, and overseeing bid tenders to the value of $50-$100MEnsure products and services are aligned with clients' needsProven ability to pinpoint and engage key customer segments effectivelyGreat career growth into senior leadership opportunities as they focus on people developmentOpportunity to grow and develop a sales teamPotential future relocation as they operate globally #J-18808-Ljbffr
