InfraBuild Reinforcing has an exciting opportunity for a VIC State Manager; the successful candidate will be accountable for the overall performance of the IBR VIC business as well as deployment of the National IBR strategy and business plan.Responsibilities include: Full P&L responsibilityOverall leadership of the VIC business in what is a genuine state GM level roleLead the business through a period of growth and expansionDrive a continuous improvement mindset in all parts of the VIC businessPlay a key role in the market including developing and strengthening relationships with key customersEnsure the highest standards in our operations so that customer service and DIFOT are exceptionalLead the successful delivery of major Infrastructure projectsEngage the team and develop workforce capabilityLead by example and promote best-in-class safety cultureEnsure compliance and corporate governance requirements are metThe foundations required to be successful in this role include: A proven track record running a business and lifting performanceKnowledge of construction (residential and major projects) and heavy manufacturing industries, including markets, customers, competitors, trends and innovationIdeally, you will have an existing network within the Victorian construction marketHighly developed stakeholder management skills with proven experience delivering solutionsImplementing change and bringing others on the journeyDeveloping the capability of the workforce through coaching, training and mentoringLeading by example and making safety a priority in the work environmentEnsuring compliance and corporate governance requirements are met Key Benefits Below are some of our key central benefits that are available to InfraBuild employees.
