Job Title: Marketing Manager - AustraliaAbout the Role: Cboe is actively seeking a highly motivated person to fill the role of Marketing Manager – Australia.
Experience with brand, corporate gifting, events, sales support, project management and social media is required, along with excellent written/verbal communication and creativity skills.
Note: this position is a maternity leave cover for a period of 12 months.
Where You'd Work: Sydney (Hybrid)
Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate with external partners (agencies, suppliers etc.)
and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and experiences.Draft and develop branded email communications and distribution campaigns.
Maintain and enhance the campaigns and CRM reporting via Salesforce/Pardot.Assist with the development and manage fulfillment of collateral and brand materials.Ensure quality assurance for marketing materials and promotions.Partner with the marketing technology team to ensure proper measurement of relevant KPIs for all brand partnerships and campaigns.Collaborate with the regional and global marketing team to create new marketing initiatives, including development, implementation and measuring results.Manage marketing collateral to ensure content is regularly updated and accurate.Draft, proofread and disseminate marketing communications.Manage event & sponsorship marketing efforts including planning, execution and follow up.Work directly with web developers to maintain websites with approved up-to-date materials and content.Manage social media strategy and execution.Assist with developing video production content.Manage development, creation and sourcing of branded merchandise.Help to maintain and continuously define company brand presence within the region.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field.Minimum of five years of experience in a marketing position, preferably in the financial industry.Experience with branding, event planning and execution.Strong analytical background.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with marketing automation (Pardot preferred), Google Analytics, Salesforce, Adobe InDesign and Illustrator a plus.Experience in marketing material preparation from brainstorming new initiatives through implementation.Excellent organisational, time management and interpersonal skills.Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills.About Cboe Cboe Global Markets is a leading, global provider of market infrastructure and tradable products.
