Hatch Asia is exclusively partnering with a global organization within the building materials industry to help identify a dynamic Specifier Manager to enhance awareness of the organization'sproducts within the building materials community by fostering a robust pipeline of technical specifications to effectively support sales objectives.
The ChallengesBuild and manage relationships with specification partners, architects, specifiers, and designers in the designated territory to secure product specifications in projects and BOQs.Generate market demand through effective territory management, sales meetings, and presentations to businesses, targeting key contracts in the Building Materials and specification channel.Work closely with Sales Executives, regional and national teams, and core functions (marketing, logistics, legal, finance) to align with strategies and achieve business objectives.Record activities in SAP-CRM, respond to inquiries, and participate in strategy discussions to implement successful procedures and improve outcomes.Take initiative to identify problems, develop solutions, and seize opportunities to enhance processes, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach to responsibilities.What It TakesA degree is preferred, with a minimum of 7+ years of sales experience, including 4+ years in a commercial specification sales role, ideally in the building materials industry.Demonstrated success in prospecting, account management, negotiation, and achieving results within a KPI-driven environment.Strong understanding of the brand's integrity and its application within the building materials sector.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Solid grasp of accounting, financial, and business transactions to support informed decision-making and strategy implementation.Interested candidates, please click the "Apply Now" Button.
