The Group Marketing team create customer-centric experiences through working with internal and external centres of excellence, delivering a service that is second to none.
We have a permanent and full-time Marketing Manager opportunity where you will work to deliver key marketing transformation programs.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will bring your broad range of knowledge and skills in marketing, brand and content management, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
You will be able to combine your customer-led approach and expert influencing skills as you navigate a diverse network of stakeholders.
You will be given ownership to influence change and challenge the status quo, with plenty of scope to further your own learning and development.
You will be part of an open, friendly, and collaborative team of experienced marketers who are passionate about what they do.
This role can be based in any of our office locations: Adelaide, Bendigo, Melbourne, or Sydney.
To be successful in the role, you'll have:Demonstrated experience in a Marketing Manager and Marketing Projects Management roleAbility to drive key projects and strategies to improve business performance and our customer's experience.Strong stakeholder engagement to develop relevant content and execution plansWrite and craft relevant communications to accompany Marketing activity for various audiencesExcellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to formally present to internal and external audiencesExperience in banking and finance industry or similar highly regulated industry would be advantageousA tertiary degree in marketing and/or project management related disciplines is highly desirableWe offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model of two days in a local Head Office per week.
