The Role As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable customer haircare experiences across NSW / ACT.
You will acquire and partner with new and existing customers to diversify product availability, sales, and service standards.
As a true business partner, you will engage with salon owners and their teams to enhance their product knowledge and provide strategies to help grow each customer's business.
You will be exposed to deep product training and manage with full autonomy how you deliver commercial success across your region.
