Join us as our Business Development Manager, representing cutting-edge, European-manufactured medical laser equipment designed for elite healthcare and sports performance sectors to treat pain, wounds, nerves, and musculoskeletal injuries.This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to make an impact across Australia.
As our primary sales representative, you'll drive growth, build key partnerships, and create strategies to expand our reach in physiotherapy, podiatry, chiropractic, medical practice, and elite sports markets.About the Role:As the Business Development Manager, you'll lead national sales and strategic growth from your Melbourne base, with the freedom to work from home.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced self-driven sales professional with a technical mindset, who's ready to bring their expertise to an independent, high-impact position.In addition to a competitive base salary and generous commission rewards, there is potential to add more products and develop a sales team.Key Responsibilities:Sales Leadership: Actively drive sales with existing clients across podiatry, chiropractic, and medical sectors and develop new clients across physiotherapy and the sports industry.Technical Expertise: Understand, demonstrate, and communicate the benefits of our highly technical, European-manufactured medical laser equipment.Client Relationship Management: Build lasting partnerships, gathering clinical materials to support marketing initiatives and generate leads.Marketing Initiatives: Plan and organise local events, workshops, podcasts, webinars, and actively manage social media networks to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Market Expansion: Identify and enter new sectors, creating brand visibility and establishing a foundation for future growth.
Develop and implement market strategies to establish and expand our presence, with a strong focus on elite sports healthcare and physiotherapy.Industry Engagement: Represent our brand at conferences and events, creating opportunities and building connections.Key Selection Criteria:Proven Sales Track Record: Experience in sales or business development, ideally within podiatry, chiropractic, physiotherapy, or medical technology industry.Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and communicate product details effectively.Industry Connections: Established network in healthcare and a strong relationship-building track record.Strategic and Self-Driven: Capable of combining direct sales with high-level market planning, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Results-Oriented: Motivated by the freedom to manage your own time and driven to exceed sales targets, with attractive commission rewards.Established Sports Industry Network: A strong existing network of contacts in the elite sports sector, with the ability to leverage these connections to open doors and drive growth.Clinical Background (Desirable): Experience as an exercise physiologist, physiotherapist, podiatrist, or related healthcare professional is a significant advantage.About the Team:You'll join a passionate, collaborative team focused on growth and delivering exceptional service.
