As we embark on a transformative journey, our retail operations play a pivotal role in shaping our future success. We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Operations CEE Lead.

With a commercial focus, you will be a key player in modernizing our retail organization by overseeing the operations and optimizing the processes in the CEE region. You will have the opportunity to influence all the instore workflow and workforce, and contribute to the empowerment of the selling teams.

**Your responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary intermediary and sparring partner to country managers for Sales Operations topics in the CEE region.
- Oversee sales operations in the markets, coordinating with Selling Center of Excellence (SCOE) to optimize and implement the Store Operating Model and workflow processes.
- Lead discussions with the Market Leadership team on sales operations topics.
- Direct the execution of European store operations, workforce planning standards, and initiatives at the Market Level.
- Ensure EU standard execution while developing necessary local solutions.
- Define and establish in-store operations standards across Europe within the SCOE team.
- Develop and implement back office and back of house solutions and processes for all stores, alongside optimizing logistics processes and operations.

**What you bring**
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales operations, ideally in a retail organization.
- Strong project managements skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in different stages simultaneously, preferably in a complex international environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams.
- Experience in process optimization is a plus.
- Proficiency in English.
