The Role

We're looking for a dynamic individual like you, who can revolutionize relationship management, drive account growth, and boost profitability. In this role, you'll have the power to create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections, bringing the very best of Kyndryl to the table and building trusted relationships with top-level executives.

But this position is about more than just maintaining the status quo. As a Customer Partner, you'll be at the forefront of driving proactive account growth and acquiring new customers. You'll focus on not only selling new offerings but also minimizing erosion in renewals, ensuring that our accounts continue to flourish and thrive.

You won't just be a cog in the machine; you'll be a strategic mastermind responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge account strategies and New Logo acquisition strategies. Your expertise will lead to the successful growth and retention of Kyndryl's accounts as well in the growth of Kyndry's customer base. With your sharp eye for identifying and qualifying new opportunities, you'll build relationships with key decision-makers and deliver tailor-made solutions that cater to the unique needs of each customer.

Collaboration is key, and as an Customer Partner, you'll work closely with other Go-to-Market team members. Together, you'll execute every aspect flawlessly, from the initial prospecting stage to closing deals and beyond.

Not only will you lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts, but you'll also be the driving force behind generating new opportunities and expanding existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities as well as acquiring new customers. By building a strong go-to-market pipeline with our partners, you'll join forces to pursue and conquer new deals, taking Kyndryl to unprecedented heights.

By staying ahead of the curve, you'll continuously provide innovative solutions that position Kyndryl as a leader in the market.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 5+ years experience in covering existing accounts as well as acquiring new customers
- Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
- 5+ years of experience managing sales process end-to-end
- Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
- Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers

Preferred Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree
- Sales experience in technical solutions
- Fluent English and German

This position is classified in the job family "ST2" according to the applicable IT collective agreement. Your actual salary will be agreed upon in a personal interview, taking into account your professional experience and qualifications. It might be significantly higher than the minimum salary under the collective agreement.
