Due to the expansion of our hotel portfolio in Vienna, we are on a hunt for a Finance Assistant on a full time basis to assist in the finance of more properties.
Are you feeling most at ease when having everything under control and are you having a real hands-on mentality when it comes to processing tons of information? Then you might be the perfect Bookkeeper we are looking for We are a young and dynamic team and, due to the rapid growth of our company, we are looking for a full-timer to join our sociable but hard-working team in the heart of Vienna.
**Who Are You?**
You are an energetic and enthusiastic person who is able to switch quickly between different projects and tasks. You are passionate about Finance and hospitality. You will be working in a high demanding environment. Taking initiative comes natural to you and you are highly solution-oriented. You love working independently and are at the same time able to keep the overview and make connections easily.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- German and English needs to be spoken and written fluently
- Basic understanding of accounting processes and procedures
- Solid knowledge in Austrian tax regulations and accounting principles would be beneficial
- Experience in using SAP is an advantage but full training will be provided
- Attention to detail, Organizational and time-management skills
**Functievereisten**:
To fully audit and reconcile all revenues posted via PMS to ensure all postings and revenue is captured and upload them into the bookkeeping system
- To process incoming invoices and make sure they are compliant and approved. Resolve any queries with suppliers and contractors.
- To generate monthly payment runs for each legal entity
- To assist with financial and tax audits
- To reconcile and post daily cash, card payments and bank payments
- To maintain Accounts Receivable, making sure all debts are collected within terms.
- To assist in the completion of month-end reporting, preparation of P&L and monthly balance sheet
- Other ad-hoc duties

Gross yearly salary: EUR 29,400
Willingness to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualification.
